Please carefully read all information provided below before you book THE KRAKEN.

HOW TO BOOK

To book THE KRAKEN simply send an email to fabian(AT)the-kraken.de with the subject < I want to book THE KRAKEN >.

Please include your full name, your booking category (e.g. A KRAKEN RETREAT 295,00 EUR), amount of KRAKEN EXTRA DAYS, the name(s) of the person(s) you want to share your room with, food preferences (if you like vegetarian or vegan food) and already available information about games you want to run or events you want to host at THE KRAKEN. If you have special needs (like food allergies), please add a note if necessary.

You will receive a confirmation email from fabian(AT)the-kraken.de with all necessary further information once your registration email has arrived.

IMPORTANT: If you don't receive a confirmation of your registration email within 3 weeks, please send a mail with < I want THE KRAKEN! > in the subject line to: fabian(AT)the-kraken.de

By sending your booking email you agree to receive our newsletter and accept the terms and conditions provided below.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To confirm your booking, you need to make a downpayment of 100,00 EUR by July 31, 2020 to validate your registration and secure your booking. The balance owing must be paid by September 30, 2020.

IMPORTANT: We advise you strongly to make your downpayment as soon as possible. It's very likely that we will be overbooked and have no more room for you if you wait until the last minute. Experience shows that we are not able to give you a timed warning when this is likely to happen.

The available places are limited! First-come, first-served.

Payment will be accepted by PayPal and bank transfer. Detailed information concerning payment and payment procedures will be emailed to you after your registration.

Children up to the age of 6 are free of charge. Children and teenagers up to the age of 14 get a discount.

Registration for THE KRAKEN will close July 31, 2020!

Please contact fabian(AT)the-kraken.de for available options to still attend THE KRAKEN after this date.

POLICY

THE KRAKEN is a gaming event for everyone. We welcome Krakeneers regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age, religion or gaming preference. It goes without saying that we have a zero-tolerance policy on harassment against anyone in any form. Harassment will not be tolerated and will lead to exclusion from THE KRAKEN without a refund.

CANCELLATION

If a confirmed attendee cannot make it to THE KRAKEN we shall keep the 100,- EUR downpayment and will only refund any additional funds. Cancellations have to be sent via email by September 30, 2020 to: fabian(AT)the-kraken.de.Cancellations after this date will not be accepted nor will any payments (including the downpayment) be refunded.

In the unlikely event that THE KRAKEN has to be canceled we will try to reimburse you with as much of your fee as possible under the given circumstances*. All other expenses (i.e. travel costs, hotel bookings etc.) that you make in anticipation of the event are at your own risk. THE KRAKEN and the Tentacles Gesellschaft e.V. are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any financial consequences or inconvenience that you may suffer as a result of THE KRAKEN being canceled.
