Please carefully read all information provided below and fill out the registration form to book THE KRAKEN.

BOOKING

To confirm your booking you need to make a downpayment of 150,- EUR by May 31, 2014. This payment validates your registration and secures your booking. The balance owing must be paid by June 30, 2014.

Payment will be accepted by PayPal and bank transfer. Detailed information concerning payment and payment procedures will be emailed to you after your registration.

Children up to the age of 6 are free of charge.

The available rooms in all categories are limited! First-come, first-served.

Registration for THE KRAKEN will close May 31, 2014!

CANCELLATION

If a confirmed attendee cannot make it to THE KRAKEN we shall keep the 150,- EUR downpayment and will only refund any additional funds. Cancellations have to be sent via email by July 31, 2014 to: fabian(AT)the-kraken.de. Cancellations after this date will not be accepted nor will any payments (including the downpayment) be refunded.

In the unlikely event that THE KRAKEN has to be canceled for unexpected reasons you will be reimbursed with your full fee. All other expenses (i.e. travel costs etc.) that you make in anticipation of the event are at your own risk. THE KRAKEN and the RuneQuest Gesellschaft e.V. are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any financial consequences or inconvenience that you may suffer as a result of THE KRAKEN being canceled.

PLEASE NOTE: There are no single bedrooms; all rooms have to be shared. 2-Person Bedrooms are also available with both single beds arranged as double bed. 3-Person Bedrooms are available on request. Children up to the age of 6 are free of charge. Cots will not be provided! All rooms are located in the guesthouse of Schloss Neuhausen.

*Towels included. Rooms are made up every 2 days

***Only camping space for 4 tents (with 2 people each) available. You have to bring your own tent, sleeping bag and towel(s).
Non-Alcoholic Drinks served: Coca Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Water (still water, flat, no gas, as good as dead), Coke Zero, MezzoMix Zero, Fanta Zero, Apple Juice, Orange Juice, Krombacher (non-alcoholic beer), Coffee and Tea.
Alcoholic Drinks served: Becks Pils, Becks Green Lemon, Becks Gold, Köstritzer Schwarzbier, Franziskaner Hefeweizen, Franziskaner Weizen dunkel, White Wine, Red Wine and Sparkling Wine.
